Privacy Policy
What we collect: your email address and display name; your date of birth (to confirm you're 18 or older); the city, state, ZIP (optional) and country you confirm (used for state and local leaderboards; we may suggest it from your internet connection's approximate location); the teams you pick and your points; and basic technical logs like IP address and error messages. If you win a prize we may ask to check an ID to confirm your age and identity.
Cookies and ads
- Essential cookies (always on): sign-in/session cookies from our authentication system (NextAuth) and a small setting that remembers your cookie choice and sport. The site can't work without these.
- Advertising cookies (only if you tap “Accept”): Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technology to show and measure ads, including personalized ads. If you tap “Reject”, we don't load Google's ad script at all.
You can change your choice anytime with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.
Public info: your display name, city and state, and points appear on leaderboards. Prize winners' display names may be announced.
Sign-in: we use Google sign-in or one-time email links (sent through our email provider).
We do not sell your personal information. To access or delete your data, contact [FILL IN: Contact email] or write to [FILL IN: Operator address].
